Shipping, Etc.
Customers are responsible for providing a full, valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery of their purchase. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not think that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and we will not be held responsible for returned orders due in part by customers negligence.
Our packages will be delivered either by UPS, TNT, USPS or DHL. We will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or damaged products during the delivery of the product(s) (rare instance).
Once payment has been received, it will go through a 1-2 hour processing period. Within 6-12 hours from placing the order, customers must contact we regarding any acceptable changes or issues with the order (no guarantees that it will be able to go into effect, however, but we will do our best). Once the processing phase is complete, please allow 1-3 weeks for arrival of merchandise, usually closer to the one week estimate. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once they have been processed and/or shipped.
Our customers can request a tracking number by contacting us through email once a 5-day span has passed since payment was received.
Shipping, Returns, Etc.
If you payed with a money order, you must provide your full address, phone, and product(s) purchased.
Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in a completely unworn condition.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange may include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Factory defect on the shoes, and 2) Wrong shoe style/color/size was shipped (due to an error made by us).
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Color(s) of the shoes are darker/lighter than displayed, 2) Shoes had minor color differences from the picture, 3) Shoes do not fit (due to an error made by the customer), and 4) Damaged or worn shoes after usage by the customer.
If reason for exchange is acceptable, customer must notify us within three business days after receiving their products if they wish to make an exchange. To make an exchange, the customer must contact us for details, and will be required to send the shoes to our exchange processing center. Customers pays for shipping.
We do not issue refunds on any orders, only exchanges falling within our guidelines. The only time we issue a refund, is if a dupicate order has been made accidently and is forwarded to our attention within 48 hours, or before the shipment of the order. Acceptable reasons for exchanges are listed above. |
